Product Overview

AT-EG01 NH3 Ammonia Gas Detector is designed for fixed ammonia gas monitoring applications. According to the product manual, the detector can be equipped with a corresponding sensor module according to the target gas. The target gas, detection range and alarm setpoints are specified on the product nameplate.

Installation / Mounting Notes

The detector must be installed where ammonia leakage is likely to occur.

For gases lighter than air, the detector should be installed near the potential leakage source, at a height of 0.5 to 2 meters above the leakage source. The sensor element should face downward.

General installation notes:

Avoid strong impact, vibration and strong electromagnetic interference.

Ensure easy access for maintenance and calibration.

Keep a minimum 0.5 m clearance from surrounding pipes and equipment.

Route the cable through the cable gland.

A sealing operation with 2 cm of epoxy resin potting compound is required at the wiring port.

Do not open the cover when energized.

Use proper grounding through internal and external grounding bolts.
