The AT-F329 is connected to the designated warning output of a gas extinguishing control panel. The device is activated through a two-wire circuit and flashes while the associated panel warning output remains active.
During installation, wiring must be completed according to the approved project wiring diagram, the gas extinguishing control panel documentation and the terminal markings on the supplied device.
The AT-F329 should be installed in a clearly visible location outside the protected area or along the evacuation route. The front warning legend must remain unobstructed and readable from the normal approach direction. The manual also states that the unit should be installed in a dry location and direct water exposure should be avoided.
For wiring, the manual specifies BV cable with conductor cross-sectional area ≥ 1.5 mm², or cable according to the approved project design and local requirements.
Under normal conditions, the AT-F329 remains in standby as part of the gaseous fire suppression warning circuit. When the gas extinguishing control panel activates the associated warning output, the AT-F329 flashes continuously and displays EVACUATE IMMEDIATELY to provide a direct evacuation instruction.
